Trayee is part of ITC’s Corporate Sustainability team and leads its' initiatives on Sustainable Supply Chain and Biodiversity Management. She actively contributes towards ITC’s ESG communication and disclosures based on national and international frameworks. She brings a 12+ year association with the Corporate Sustainability domain.

Deputy General Manager,

Vimal heads the Division of Policy-1 in Corporation Finance Department wherein supervision of review and formation of regulations relating to fund raising (IPO, FPO, Rights Issue, etc.), mergers, acquisitions & takeovers, delisting, buyback, merchant bankers etc. is carried out. His responsibility also includes handling policy matters relating to Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for listed entities.
