Ankit Jain serves as an Expert Member of SEBI’s National ESG Committee in addition to his responsibilities at StepChange. He previously served as the CEO of Ola Electric, where he helped scale electric mobility offerings. His professional experience spans work at McKinsey, Accel and Opera Solutions. An IIT Bombay alumnus and MIT Sloan graduate, he is both a Siebel scholar and a Legatum fellow.

Dr. Sidhant Pai holds a PhD in Atmospheric Modeling from MIT, along with an S.B from the same institution. He has served as a postdoctoral scientist at the Columbia Climate School, as the founding director of the Indian non-profit Social Seva and as an associate fellow at the UK Centre for Greening Finance & Investment. He is an MIT IDEAS laureate and an Echoing Green fellow.

Dr. Nina Chen served as the Chief Climate Risk Officer at the US OCC federal banking regulator. She has also  served as the ED Superintendent of the Climate Division at New York State’s banking and insurance regulator. Prior to that, she was Director of Conservation Investments at the Nature Conservancy. She is currently a senior visiting fellow at the London School of Economics.  

Dr. Jason Jay is Director of the Sustainability Initiative at MIT Sloan, where he advises large global organizations on Net Zero strategies and organizational transformation. He has over two decades of speciliazed experience at the intersection of business, climate, and systems change. His work equips leaders to move from ambition to execution.

Roopa Satish is a climate finance leader with over 30 years of banking experience. She formerly served as Country Head of Sustainable Banking at IndusInd Bank. She serves as the primary advisor for south Asian markets for the Climate Bonds Initiative, and occupies board positions at IIM Lucknow, Avanti Finance (NBFC), and UVC (Investment Bank).

Dr. Erez Yeoli directs the Applied Cooperation Team at MIT, applying game-theory and behavioral insights to enterprise sustainability. He supports organizations in developing bespoke sustainability strategies that increase cooperation and measurable impact. His approach combines rigorous research methods with practical change management.
